Something broken, confusing, or missing? Email michael@rcktsftwr.com and describe what happened — you'll get a reply from a person. Mentioning your iPhone model and the app version from Profile makes it quicker to work out.
How does a swipe session work?
BiteClub picks a selection from your household's recipe pool, everyone swipes yes or no on their own, and the recipes everyone said yes to become the meal plan. The shopping list is built from those recipes' ingredients.
How do I invite someone to my household?
Open Profile, tap the invite row, and share the link you get. The person you invite opens it on their iPhone, or pastes the invite code into Profile › Join with invite link. Inviting household members requires BiteClub Pro.
What does BiteClub Pro include?
Unlimited AI recipe scanning and inviting household members for collaborative swipe sessions. One subscription covers everyone in the household. Planning your own meals is free.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so only Apple can cancel them: open Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose BiteClub and turn off auto-renew. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. It is immediate and permanent. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — do that in Apple’s Settings as described above.
The AI scan misread my recipe.
Every scanned recipe opens in the normal recipe editor before it is saved, so you can fix the title, ingredients or steps. If a scan fails outright, a clearer, straight-on photo of a single page usually fixes it.
